Accessibility statement

Studio families and staff use every kind of device and assistive technology. This site is built so all of them can get the information and reach us.

Last updated: February 2026

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we follow the Department of Justice web accessibility rule published in 2024 as our reference for what accessible means in practice.

What that means here

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.
  • A skip link takes you straight to the main content.
  • Headings follow a logical order and each page has a single main heading.
  • Text meets contrast requirements against its background in both the light and dark bands.
  • Form fields have real labels, required fields are announced, and errors are described in text next to the field.
  • Animation is limited to gentle fades and is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts reflow to any screen width and stay usable when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
  • Interactive controls announce their state, such as whether a section is expanded.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is checked when pages change, using automated tooling plus keyboard and screen reader passes. Where we find a gap, we fix it rather than document an exception.

Tell us about a barrier

If anything on this site blocks you, email sales@breatheasy.net with the page and what happened. We respond within one business day and will provide the information you need in another format while we fix the underlying issue.
