Quote requests

Submitting the form is a request for information, not an order or a contract. You agree the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to inquire on behalf of the studio you name.

Any quote we send is an offer to enter into a service agreement, valid for the period stated in it, and subject to the details you gave us being accurate.

The more-for-less guarantee

Our guarantee is a commitment made when we quote: we compare our all-inclusive price against your documented current spend across the systems we would replace. It depends on you providing accurate figures. The specific terms of any guarantee are set out in the written quote and the service agreement, which control if they differ from this website.

Content and accuracy

Feature descriptions on this site describe the product as it exists or as planned and may change as we improve it. Nothing on this website is a warranty or a binding specification; the service agreement is.

Intellectual property

The BreathEasy name, the BreathEasy | Dance wordmark, the site design, and the text and images here belong to us. Third-party product names mentioned for comparison belong to their owners.

No contracts for customers

Customers of BreathEasy | Dance are not locked into a long-term contract and pay no early termination fee. Service continues month to month and your data remains exportable at any time.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on information published here.

Governing law and contact
