No cookies and no cross-site tracking

This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, and no cross-site trackers, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

Anonymous visit counts

We count page views so we know which pages are useful. For each view we record the page path, the time, the referring website's domain, and whether the device is a desktop, tablet, or phone.

To count returning visits within a single day without identifying anyone, we create a one-way hash from coarse request details plus that day's date. The hash cannot be reversed, it changes every day, and we do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, or any personal data alongside it.

Information you send us

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: studio name, your name, email address, and any optional details such as phone number, website, student count, current software, current spend, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from.

We use it to prepare your quote and reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without your say-so. It is stored in our own database, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Email

Your quote request generates a confirmation email to you and a notification to our sales team. Any marketing email we later send identifies us, includes our mailing address, and carries a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly.

Retention and your choices

Quote requests are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record. Anonymous visit counts are aggregated and kept for reporting.

You can ask us to send you a copy of what you submitted, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@breatheasy.net and we will act on it.

Third parties

We use a hosting and infrastructure provider to run this website and its database, and an email delivery service to send the messages described above. They process data on our instructions only.

Children

This website is aimed at studio owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Student information belongs to our customers' own studio systems and is governed by the agreement with that studio.
